Missed the personal touch of checking in via reception and engaging with someone. Location is superb, right opposite Basilica Sant'Antonio and an easy walk to all the other sites in the city. "A simple check in process. Excellent location within minutes of restaurants/bars and a quick walk to all the major sights. Property was very clean and the kitchen well-equipped. The only issue was the noisy entry system that sent video and audio into the room when other guests were trying to enter. It made for some interrupted sleep. Other guests were also frequently loud in entering the property. Shame as this spoiled the accommodation somewhat. "

"Very dirty. Crumbs and bugs everywhere. No Wi-Fi or air conditioning. Misleading description: not relaxing, sleeping with other guests in house. Odd smell, uncomfortable beds. Things were left from previous guests on the ground and in beds. We shared a bathroom with another family and it was left messy. The sheets were dirty, old, and filled with crumbs and mosquitos. Instructions were clear and our low expectations were shattered with disappointment. "

Purtroppo però ho preso un grande spavento quando mi sono svegliata con la porta aperta della mia stanza (era socchiusa). Dopo ho capito fosse dovuto al fatto che ogni volta che la stanza affianco chiudeva la sua porta, si apriva la mia. Non era possibile chiudere a chiave la porta, ma solo “tirarla”.
