"The bed configuration in our Deluxe Studio was a little strange. One of the sofa beds was placed inside a closet 🙂 with folding doors. The room was cleaned every day as part of the booking, which was great. The biggest drawback is that there isn't a live person on site for immediate assistance, you have to call the management company. On the flip side, location is excellent, you can walk to all the tourist hotspots, and easily experience the alleys, narrow streets and cafes of a European city....

"Property was ok, bed was very hard though. Shower worked great, nice hot water. Apartment was clean and nice kitchen setup even though we didn’t use it. No contact check in was easy. We were on the 1st floor so we kind of heard a lot of noise and music from a brunch place next door that was apparently very popular because there was a constant line of people waiting to eat there very early in the morning. Only complaint really. "

"Nice serviced apartment in the heart of Lisbon. The room was clean and well appointed, and checkin via the self service kiosk was efficient. There were a few shortcomings that prevent me from giving a higher rating namely a) there were tea and coffee makers but no supplies; b) washing machine was present but tabs / detergent had to be purchased separately by leaving a Euro coin in a cup and emailing service desk to provide the same and c) we returned to the apartment after a day out and found...

"Great location. Staff ready to answer any questions. The studio is clean and modern. Very sparse kitchen. The shower does not have a cubby or caddy for shower gel and soap. The bottles are on the floor of the shower! Also not big enough for family with teenagers. "

"It was a quiet and nice apartment. Plenty of room and storage. A bit far from the centre, but only takes 15 minutes by Uber/Bolt to get to the main attractions."

"Overall a good stay given the age of the flat. Everything was immaculate apart from hair missed by the cleaners in the shower (see photo), creaky and thin floorboards so people were stomping above us at all hours. Only 1 spare thin toilet roll so had to buy more. June is the month of street parties so we could hear a nearby party but we really didn’t mind as it felt like white noise but others might mind. Access to lockers at a different apartment was super helpful and easy as it was just €1....

"Our stay was good, but it should be noted that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I was traveling with someone who had difficulty with the stairs. The shower had mold on the tiles. The beds were comfortable and the check in process great. It was my first time to Lisbon and the neighborhood a bit far from the center, but that is just me. There is a small market within walking distance which is a plus. The neighborhood is family friendly. There is a park and a few good restaurants...

We arrived on time and checked into our room to see it was not cleaned from the previous guests...we called the management and they said come back an hour later so we did and it still wasn't clean. Also the area did not look as safe as the rest of Lisbon and check-in is very confusing."
