"This was such a beautiful spot! It was in a very safe neighborhood, and close to shopping and dining. Erica was a pleasure to work with. This property was perfect place for my son to spend time with his daughter. It was very cozy and gorgeously appointed. We loved watching movies in the finished basement and can only imagine how nice the spring and summer would be on her balcony. This had the BEST parking options we've ever had. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house was the perfect size for our group and was beautiful, as was the property. "Tina and Drew’s home is beautiful! One story ranch. Three spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one with jetted tub and shower, the second one with a great stall shower. Shower head pressure was terrific. Beds are so comfortable. The decor is fabulous! Comfy sofa and chairs in living room. Stone TV wall with gas fireplace so great in winter! Beautiful dining area with overhead skylight. Round table and 4 chairs. Another breakfast nook off the kitchen And the kitchen!!! So modern and beautiful! ...

"Hi! This locale was perfect. It was a great stay. The o my thinks that needs to probably be looked at in the future is the bedding. One rooms duvet comforter was musty and smelled of dog and the room we were in personally had dog hair on the sheets. So if there is a way to make sure all the bedding was changed or looked at more closely that would be great! "

"The house was perfect, 8 adults slept comfortably, family room with large TV was very cozy and big enough to fit 8 people to watch TV, kitchen had all what we needed, communication with the host was great,"

"We were in town for my son's basketball tournament at Kimberton and were lucky to be able to stay in this sweet townhouse. It looked newly renovated and was delightful to stay in (beds were comfortable, bathrooms were bright and clean, and the kitchen had everything that we needed). It is also located close to downtown Phoenixville, and so we walked to and from the shops and restaurants. "This rental was perfect for our annual get-together which included daily trips to Philadelphia. The large dining room table was perfect for evening board games and beds were comfortable. The driveway is a little tricky but manageable.
