"The service was amazing, the complimentary room upgrade and drink was a lovely surprise for our anniversary and we are very grateful! We would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back. Only one negative was we found a sealed new packet of cigarettes in the bed side table and there was a beer bottle on the balcony with cigarette buts in but other than that everything was clean and tidy."

"I stayed in the Pommery suite. Enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, separate shower & tub. Breakfast was included and was decent. Primarily stayed here for the proximity to the Fitzwilliam Museum. Unbeatable location. Would stay here again."
