"Glad to have found a 4 bed within walking distance of the town centre. Spacious, modern, a good somewhere to sleep and shower type property but very sparse - a bed in a room, no wardrobe or hanging rail, no mirror, no light shade! Sleeps 8-10 but only one 3-seater sofa? Functioned well on 3 levels for a group of 3 couples. Could be so much more,for not a lot of money or effort spent. "

"My husband and my two teenage boys traveled to Birmingham to watch an Aston Villa match and this house was absolutely perfect! Short (15 minute) walk to the New Street station with great restaurants nearby. Plenty of space for us (with two teenagers you need it!), super clean, quiet, perfectly equipped. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Overall was a lovely place. Just a shame about the beds which were cheap and had multiple snapped boards under the mattresses in every bedroom. Also a used condom wrapper under one of the beds 🙄 Also would have been reassuring to hear back from the host with check-in details a little earlier than the day before."

"8 of us stayed for 2 nights and there was enough space - it would be a tight squeeze for 10 (not enough sofa space!) and definitely not big enough for 12. We had everything we needed in the house, and were able to walk to the bistros in Brindley Place and into the city centre shops. The location was great - easy to get public transport or walk etc - but the area felt a little unsafe (though we had no major issues). Overall we had a lovely stay."
