"We spent the Christmas week with our adult kids at Buena Vista. The home served us very well with wonderful bedrooms on each level, a well stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, cups, glasses, etc) a huge dining table where games were played, puzzles built and meals enjoyed. We all talked about how we would visit again at Buena Vista in a heart beat."

"I've stayed in Davis several times but this is going to be my new favorite spot! Easy walk on sidewalks to Purple Fiddle and the shops of Thomas. Found a great free community yoga class at Bright Bear yoga also walking distance. The sleeper sofa mattress wasn't the most comfortable so I ended up sleeping on the folded up couch while my dad took the loft bed. Plenty of space for a tiny home. "

"The property was clean, spacious, and comfortable with all the amenities described. The hot tub was lovely and the game room and ping pong table kept our teen/ tween boys occupied. Located very close to Wisp and lots of restaurants and activities. It’s a gem. We would definitely stay at Knotty Bear again."

"The house was easily able to accommodate us, our three grown children, spouses and kids. The central hangout area was perfect for multiple families. There were smaller spaces to go to get some peace. The hot tub was in great condition. The garage had fun games. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, the house clean, but comfy and worn enough that we were not walking on eggshells. There were lots of games, toys, fun climbing wall, books, for the kids. "Most things were fine but we had planned barbecue get together with numerous people and the grill was not functioning. No response to request for compensation due to significant inconvenience. Had to find a way to barbecue elsewhere which was difficult with small children. That was to be our principal entertainment for the weekend."
