"This was my first time staying with VRBO. It was a million dollar view. There were just a few minor things that were mentioned before on other reviews that were not taken care of such as the hole in the master bedroom door, the smell of sewage in the kitchen the garbage disposal area, and also the stairs down to the dock area didn't seem too stable. I would have liked to have seen the fountain on but I do realize it's earlier in the year. The owners may want to change the curtains because not...

"The property is very nice. It's apparent a lot of upgrades have been made and more to come. Heck, there's even tissues throughout the house which you don't find many places. The only pick I have is that steps leading down to the house were barely cleared of snow/ice and very difficult and dangerous to negotiate with suitcases. I shoveled them myself the next day."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable and then the two twins in the second room were great for the kids. The location was excellent for exploring the Davis region. Less than a five minute walk to downtown restaurants, shops, and brewery. Five minute drive to Blackwater Falls State Park. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Magnolia is a beautiful well furnished home. We were lucky enough to have gotten lots of snow during our stay. It was so beautiful!! I would suggest additional heating on/in the main level bedrooms. There was a dramatic difference in that part of the house. Lots of "It's freezing back here" comments. space heaters would have been most welcome! We kept the thermostat at 70 lest the upstairs get too warm. I did report that there was leaking in the upstairs...

"The house was great, a nice cozy cabin vibe but with lots of space, a hot tub and firepit. Only a few minutes from the bridge to the road up the lake and from the state park, which the owners include a pass for. Property owners were great to rent with, recommended!"

"We had a great time. The house is quiet, but located right by multiple restaurants and attractions in Thomas. It's less than a 15 minute drive to Blackwater Falls and the Dolly Soda are about a half hour away. Great for resting, relaxing, and getting out in nature!"

"Overall very nice stay with great amenities! One member of my group got there early, we asked for him to be allowed in early, they said yes but unforunately he could not get into the house. There was no cell service at the house so he couldn’t reach out to anyone. That sucked, but everything else was awesome"
