"A wonderful stay! The apartment was like stepping into a tranquil oasis just outside of the bustle of the greater Los Angeles area. Definitely recommend make some time to spend relaxing in the gardens, too."

"We based our trip around this area for us it was perfect. We went north, south, east and west and did about 1000 Miles in 10 days.The Hoist was helpful and was there to shows in on the day we check in. He got rid of the old microwave and replace it with a new one and there was differently NO BED BUGS.The Accommodation was basic with the two rooms, the carpet was old but clean a little untried around the edge's. "Room in friendly couple's house. The bed was comfortable and the hospitality great. The exterior had construction in progress (new ADU being built), but not on the days I was there. Room had it's own bathroom and the neighborhood was nice and convenient to parks and stores. Ave. cleanliness--not great (bathroom), but not bad. Reasonable, modest accommodations. Easy parking."

"Good place to stay and location..."

"We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in August 2024…it was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured online. It was a 10 min drive to Disneyland and close to many shops and restaurants. Prior to our visit I had sent a few messages to the hosts with various questions and they were always quick to reply. We will definitely be booking again on our next trip back to the LA area…highly recommend! "

"The Haas was a wonderful location in the midst of downtown LA. It's in the heart of many districts, such as the fashion and jewelry districts and it is conveniently located close to all of the sights and experiences one can have in LA.
