"The studio was cozy, well-organized with supplies (coffee, tea, spices, bathrobes) and information about the area, and was exactly what we were looking for. The owner was very welcoming and always available to answer questions. Highly recommend this rental. "

"This barn was very clean and cozy. We loved all of the original wood and morning sunlight. It is attached to another house and shares a driveway. The hot tub was easy to use, although the directions were outdated. The property manager was very responsive and answered questions quickly. At night, the stars were extremely visible. Wilmington was a great small town with good food and local shopping. Would stay again and recommend to others."

"We enjoyed our stay. Being only 15 minutes from places to eat, we had total privacy and quiet. The surrounding forest and nearby river are great and make you feel like you have escaped somewhere. Plenty of room for a family of four with a loft and a private room. Living space was nicely setup. If you want to prep your own meals during a stay, this place has all that you would need. "Had no shampoo in the room - went to front desk at 10pm - clerk said they are out and waiting on a shipment. Checked out in the AM - clerk asked how our stay was - told her about no shampoo - she said no they have shampoo and the clerk last night should have had plenty to give - W/E Place needs a major upgrade...... "The room was just wonderful, with a spa. I only needed to stay for a few hours as I went hiking, needed to rest, shower, and then drive 4 hours home. This was wonderful, clean, and just where I needed it to be. I will be staying here again if need be."

"We booked this place as a bed and breakfast. No breakfast. No staff on site. No information was provided at the hotel to help us find things in the area. We were not informed that this was a "self check in hotel" until after the cancellation date. Calling the Heritage office (off site) for assistance was useless as the staff could not answer our questions. The common areas were sparsely furnished and shabby. "Angel's Rest is sooo peaceful. We had a delicious and super healthy breakfast in the breakfast nook, surrounded by lovely plants and a small fountain, looking out over the rolling hills of Western Mass. The fall colors were nice. "

"Very clean and comfortable stay. Loved the lounge. Hotel provided water, snake and yogurt for skiers. The only comment is for late check ins, please contact hotel early since there would be no one at front deck after 6pm. But overall we had a wonderful stay. "
