"My stay at the Arctic Light Hotel was overall very nice. The room was nice, although it was down from the ground level which meant without the blackout drapes shut anyone walking by on the street could see right in the room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, although at 6’ I barely fit under the rainfall shower. My one main gripe was the noise coming into my room from other rooms. Whoever was in the room next to mine seemed to be constantly screaming and I could hear it clear...

"Nice views from the room we had,conveniently located at City centre with decent parking facilities.However didn't like the fact that they do not provide basics like a kettle to boil water in the room.No dental kits, etc. and rooms do not have phones to connect to the reception."

"Overall, the room was good although there should be a tv in every room which we didnt have. It wasnt fair that some guests had a tv when we had to watch our phones. The toilet and shower were overall clean. The fridge and microwave in the room were a bonus however we have stayed here before and other rooms do not have this. "Very conveniently located guesthouse (3 minute walk to train station/bus terminus for Santa Claus Village, 3 minutes to a supermarket, 10 minutes to the edge of downtown). The rooms were small but warm and clean. A kitchen is available for use, and so is laundry (7 Euros). The breakfast was included but not remarkable. The front desk staff gave very good directions. Wifi worked well too."

"If you're looking for luxurious accommodations, I'd pass. It's a little rustic. Almost spartan. But it was clean, quiet, comfortable, very friendly staff, and great breakfast buffet! Highly recommend if you're looking for a good deal and a good meal. "
