The room on the second occasion looking a little more tired than the first time, however it appeared that work was being undertaken out of season in a number of rooms, so maybe the one we had this time was set for a revamp. "I had to ask to change room when I arrived as it smelt cigarette and it was not as well sound-proofed as I was expecting. The staff was real nice and switched me to a much better room well sound-proofed and without any of that bothering smell. Nice place, but I find it very disappointing that the access to the spa is not included and cost 15€ for an hour. I think France is the only country where I experienced this, especially for a 4* hotel. Also when I booked the room it was specified free...
