"My experience at their restaurant was so bad that I am considering calling the German authorities to check their kitchen. My dinner was a disaster, twice did the burger come in raw, and when I found hair in my salad I got enough. No understanding from the staff. Since you are dependent on eating here since no other restaurants in the area I can’t recommend this hotel to anybody"

"The hotel is pretty dated. As a matter of fact, there was an ongoing major renovation project which generated a lot of noise. On the other hand, the location is perfect for those wanting to go to the two major baths in Baden Baden which are located about a block from the hotel. The same is true for the pleasant pedestrian area/district also located a block from the hotel."
