A little bit far off the city with limited bus services after 9pm. I can’t understand why they didn’t make a footpath straight from the main road bus stop as you need to do longer circular walk atm

Automated check-in can be problematic. After registration, did not receive email to advise of room number or pass code. Unable to gain access and stuck in foyer for some 20 minutes. Fortunately member of staff appeared who was very helpful. Have stayed in France B&B Hotels before and know what to expect. Very good value for money-especially the out of town venues-often near commercial/industrial parks which is fine if you don't intend to use room as a base for sight-seeing. As a stop-over/rest on a long journey, B&B Hotels are ideal.

Great place to explore Strasbourg and surroundings. Use the Park and ride to have a very reasonable ride in to the city centre or ither areas. Our room was connectedto the next room via a doir, unfortunately on our second and third night we had a smking and noisy neighor who smokedoutthe window resolting inthe smoke vapors entering our room even past midnight. Unfortunately there was nobody tocomplain to.

Breakfast was pretty bad (limited, stale pastries) and people smoke right outside the front doors which are left open, so the smoke drags back inside all the way up to the first floor. Wifi was also really slow. Other than that it was clean and comfortable.

O acesso não é tão fácil.
Entrega o que um ibis budge se propõe. A cidade na verdade é vizinha à Estrasburgo (o que já sabíamos na reserva), levando uma média de 40 minutos entre a estação central até lá. Importante dizer que depois das 22h não tem mais tram para aquela região, sendo o acesso somente por ônibus. Na primeira noite foi mais difícil o retorno depois do passeio, já que o google maps nos mandou por uma linha errada e o ônibus parou em um ponto 19 min antes do hotel, sendo o percurso por uma estrada escura. Por não conhecer a região optamos em pagar um uber. No segundo dia o google maps mandou a linha correta e paramos em um ponto praticamente em frente ao hotel, que por não ter um portão próximo ao ponto torna necessário andar uns 7 minutos em volta do próprio hotel para acessar o portão principal.

Attention à l horaire de fermeture de l accueil qui est 21h et non pas 22h comme indiqué sur les infos de Hôtel.com. Gros problème avec les horaires du petit déjeuner qui doit commencer a 6h30 mais qui commence à être installé à 6h45 et qui met en retard tout le monde. Sinon pour le reste pas de soucis, cela est conforme aux standards B&B

Schreckliche Erfahrung!
Das B&B wird immer schlimmer! Wir waren jahrelang Stammgäste im Roi Soleil, das war immer top, aber jetzt ist es sehr schlecht geworden und dafür zu teuer! Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt neben dem Raum des Reinigungspersonals. Diese unterhielten sich morgen lautstark und polterten herum. Gefühlt war es das schlechteste Zimmer! Gefegt, Staub gewischt oder gesaugt wurde anscheinend nicht einmal in 3 Tagen, die Duschtür hat nicht mit der Duschwanne abgeschlossen, somit lief das Wasser dort raus. Leider war die Rezeption nie besetzt, so dass man nicht um ein anderes Zimmer bitten konnte, einchecken musste man am Automat (um ca. 16:00 h). Nur am Abreisetag war noch eine Dame mit dem Aufräumen des Frühstücks beschäftigt, der ich unser Leid geklagt habe. Sie war sehr nett und hat auch deutsch gesprochen. Ansonsten absolute Enttäuschung das Hotel. Pluspunkt ist nur der kostenlose Parkplatz!
