"We love this hotel. The rooms are perfect- clean and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly, from front desk, to housekeeping, to bar/restaurant staff. Nightly welcome reception is such a bonus, as is the delicious breakfast spread. If there was one thing that was disappointing, it was the parking lot. There was a significant snow/ice storm earlier in the week, but the parking lot was treacherous. I know that the temperatures weren't warm enough to initiate melting and it must be very difficult to plow abs maintain the lot when cars are always parked there. But it was extremely dangerous even trying to get into our vehicle because of the buildup of the ice around it. I understand the circumstances, but it may be something to look into for future storms.
