"The hostel pods were nice. I would stay here again! Some feedback! The mattress is thin so a bit uncomfortable but for a ‘private room’ in a hostel you can’t complain! The staff were lovely and attentive and explained fully how everything worked. The toilets are shared so can quickly become a bit meh with some people not knowing how to clean up after themselves but was always cleaned up by staff and check on regularly. Not really sign posted which is honestly my only actual negative...

"My flight landed pretty early before the check-in time. I reached the hostel and requested to get a bed early so that I can rest. The staff was so kind that looking at my state that they tried their best to get me a bed asap, when all the beds were booked. It was my birthday and they even gave me a drink voucher and took care of me. They were so hospitable and friendly. The rooms were super spacious and clean too. I hung out a lot in the backyard which was super cute and quiet. Will never forget...

"We were surprised to have such a great experience at the Happy Bed hostel. The linens were clean and fresh as well as the beds and bathroom. We took our own towels so cannot speak about the towels. The breakfast had a variety and was clean all around. The place is worth the price and would stay again. The walk to Alexanderpaltz was not too far. "The property did the job and is okay if you need a warm dry place to stay. Great location as it’s just out of the centre and has an amazing bakery next door. Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable and was far too firm, which gave both guests some bad nights sleep. The shower had 2 settings, boiling or freezing. For an eco friendly country, we also expected a recycling bin. "
