"The Melby is a lovely hotel, with very helpful, warm and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and well-appointed. Bed linens were very comfortable. The only minor flaw was the awkward placement of the pump for hand soap which was located on the wall quite far from the sink. In addition, the bathroom mirror is quite far back from the edge of the sink, which juts out quite a bit. A makeup mirror would be a good solution. We would definitely return to the Hotel Melby."

"It was a really good stay. Rooms were clean, they smelled amazing. The AC worked great. Almost too cold. Hahaha. The only thing that is a little off is the TV. It is hard to navigate because of the way they have the cable connected to the source. No instructions in the room on what to do. One last thing is that the rooms have all been updated it seems, but the bathrooms have not. That would be a nice touch if they did that. Overall a great stay. "
