I loved the little touches like having use of a cooler if needed for a beach picnic, extra beach towels and laundry to keep our clothing fresh and clean. Truly a nice gem! Loved it here. I want to keep this place a secret! Thank you for the wonderful stay🌺 "

"Condo was perfect. Easy to get to all the places in Brevard County that I wanted to see. The owner was awesome. Easy to contact and work with. Parking was great! Only drawback was proximity to sound of train next block over - doesn’t run at night time though. My son walked over to check out the new high speed line. No stop yet in Brevard county. (Orlando to Miami). Next year we will definitely add that to our itinerary "

"We enjoyed our time in the Dune Sunrise Villa. The property was very nice, access to the beach was amazing and would definitely recommend renting. The unit is part of a larger quad-plex that occupies the majority of the ground level making access ideal for those who don’t want to go up and down stairs. This would have been a 5 star review if we didn’t have issues with the buildings’s FACP alarm going off in the middle of the night’s we were there and the refrigerator not keeping our food cold...
