They were so attentive and ensured i had everything i needed. One night i needed something outside of the resort and they sent staff to purchase it for me!!! "This was a great spot to spend the night. Beds are very comfy, I didn’t want to get up from the bed. Bed sheets were clean and smelled clean. Rest of the room and restroom was clean. There seemed to be some confusion with Expedia and the hotel because only one room was showing up out of 2, but Expedia customer service was quick to reach out to hotel staff and worked it out. Staff was really nice and and was helpful throughout everything. There was a 30 dollar deposit fee. I would say I can trust...

"Its dirty, old, rusted and outdated. I did not feel unsafe staying here but I had a companion traveling with me. The property definitely did not match the pictures. I booked the "deluxe" room that had air conditioning. The smaller rooms do not have air conditioning. The water was hot after a few minutes. Additionally, the uber would not drop us off at the hotel because there is some kind of "agreement" with taxis services that they will stay out of the downtown area so we were dropped off...
