It can be annoying if you need to use an Uber or taxi because youā€™ll need to walk to one of the entrances but makes it safer. Cute cats hang outside on the back deck. Path down to the water. "

"The stay was absolutely amazing! The home was spacious and clean. Leticia was an amazing host. She greeted us with the keys and provided a tour of the house. She was very accommodating and set us up with a taxi to get to an event we were going to. The access to the beach was easy as well. There was 24 hour security and a few restaurants and a convenient store at the entrance of the community that was very helpful. "This property is beautiful and the owner is very helpful and accessible by phone when you have a question. We booked this house when my daughter was getting married in Rosarita. It housed my husband and I, 3 grown daughters, their husbands, 3 grandchildren, my parents, and the bride to be before her wedding. The space was perfect, the house is beautiful, spacious, and very well kept. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. "
