It can be annoying if you need to use an Uber or taxi because you’ll need to walk to one of the entrances but makes it safer. Cute cats hang outside on the back deck. Path down to the water. "

"Wonderful, large property that was just as advertised. A bit scruffy around the edges, but was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. TV can be a bit spotty, and hot water didn't work in one of the showers, but for the price it's hard to beat. Las Gaviotas is a great location with large pool, jacuzzi, food onsite, and easy access to a few nearby bars and restaurants. We'll be back!"

"If you are looking for a true beach front experience it does not get better than this! I loved my stay here. I read the reviews saw people’s complaints but did not find any of those things to be true. I loved the security checking us in and out at the gate. Traveling as a single mother with daughters, I felt very safe. The women at check-in were friendly. It’s Mexico and it is not the same service/room you’ll get at a U.S chain hotel but personally I loved the price, security, and LOCATION!...
