"This is a small house right next to the owner's house in a great location, - it's literally 10-15 minutes from Monaco and even closer to Mention and Roquebrune. The Mediterranean is very close too, in fact it's visible from the house. The house itself is compact, there's really just one room with a bed, a dining table, a very small kitchenette, and a shower room/toilet. This happened by them simply sending us an email saying you will be charged. The property has no AC and is near a busy road. You will not be able to sleep from the heat and the noise.
