"Fountain Hills and The Fountain Park Hotel are a great place to stay away from the traffic and congestion near Phoenix and Scottsdale. Relaxing, no traffic in town, and convenient shopping and dining options. Our drive to the airport on Saturday morning took 35 minutes. We would do this again on a return visit to the Phoenix area."

"Beautiful property with gorgeous views nice for a quiet escape. The rooms could use an update, but they were clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the jetted tub for a soak and the very comfortable bed which contributed to sleeping a bit late. But the crown jewel was the dinner at the on site restaurant, Pietro’s, which was spectacular! The service was wonderful and even breakfast at the golf club was delicious with gorgeous views to enjoy as we lingered over coffee. Will most definitely return to this underrated gem! Go and enjoy before people figure out what a bargain this beautiful resort is. "

"I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton for just a few hours, checking in around midnight for a meeting the following morning. Despite the short stay, everything about the experience was exceptional — from the cleanliness of the room to the professionalism of the front desk staff. The property felt secure, well-kept, and welcoming even at such a late hour. The only reason I’m leaving a 4-star review instead of 5 is due to the room assignment. My company had booked a King-size room, but upon check-in, I requested a handicap-accessible room due to a foot injury sustained while traveling. The staff kindly accommodated my request which I appreciated but I was placed in a room with two full-size beds instead of the King I had originally reserved. While I understand the limitations of room availability, I would’ve appreciated being informed at the desk: something like, “We do have an accessible room, but it’s not available in a King bed would that be acceptable?” That transparency would’ve allowed me to make the choice myself instead of walking into the room and being surprised. Still, the overall service and quality of the hotel were top-tier, and I’d absolutely stay here again — just with clearer communication next time"
