"The room was older but ok, it was spacious and the sea view spectacular, although a little noisy from traffic in the evening, it quietens down at night. The only disappointment was AC not working and we did have a few warm nights where it was needed. Breakfast was good with friendly service."

"We had to start a night next to Rome Airport. After comparing a few options, we decided to go for Rome Airport Hotel. The staff was extremely nice, the place is clean and nicely designed. A bit outdated, but overall very nice experience when you have a layover with a family. "

THE place to stay near FCO

"This is THE place to stay that first night in or last night before flying out of FCO. I come several times a year. Clean rooms with windows that open. A nice bar/lounge in the hotel and in summer a fun bar/snacks by the pool. The restaurant serves a nice and varied menu and breakfast is an amazing layout of choices. After 16 to 24 hours in the air and airports, or days preparing to leave and driving across Italy to catch an early morning flight, I want to recline by the pool in quiet garden surroundings. That is Mencure. A reliable, scheduled, shuttle from FCO."
