"This property advertised free wifi, but NO wifi was in any of the rooms. Also the heater for the room was controlled by the owner via a timer, which was only on for a couple of hours in the evening. We were freezing all night long. We would never stay or recommend this hotel. Expedia need to check on their hotel choices before offering them."

"This convent has exceeded our expectations and turned out to be a memorable, very comfortable stay. We arrived in the dark and didn’t really have a good idea of what’s around us. In the morning we had a lovely surprise waiting for us. The view from our window was magical - rolling hills with a beautiful ruin of a castle on top. Our breakfast was amazing, complete with eggs, local cold cuts and cheeses, yogurt, pastries, seasonal fruits (plums and grapes), coffee and tea. Our hostess Marta was...

"We really liked this property. The appartement was specious rooms clean with balcony and small kitchenette. The only inconvenience is that the property is far from Rome city centre you have to walk about 10 minutes to take the bus to Laurentina and then take the train to the centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"Hotel Kraft sits on the SW edge of Firenze north of the Arno in a very quaint neighborhood. The staff are verybwelcoming and polite and have helped several times making arrangements on our behalf. The rooms are spacious by European standards but the walls can be a little thin, so ask the staff to keep boisterous guests quiet. While we didnt have a chance to dine in,the rooftop has amazing views of the city. For those who have plans to stage out to thr coubtrysidr, the majority of car rental offices are nearby as are their storage garages making walking to and from very easy for adventuring out into Tuscany. Likewise a very easy 12 minute walk from the train station with 1-2 pieces of luggage. Great place!"
