"Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was updated and clean. Beds were comfortable and cozy and the location was perfect! Walking distance to play grounds and the beach! During our stay our family utilized the back patio and grill and also the bar and games in the basement. It was really great for our family of 6 to gather and visit. We would definitely rent this home again!"

"This property was absolutely spectacular! Allowed for a hard reset. The old house felt like our own, the property allowed for walks, lounging, and beautiful view in all directions. Stars felt so close you could touch them. Absolutely loved all of the art decor and signs, found myself laughing out loud at them. I don't think anything could have been better. Will definitely be back!"

"We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend @ Grand Lake Cozy Cottage. The layout of the home is perfect. The kitchen is at least a 4 person working kitchen so that was great. The additional dining space was a plus. Due to inclement weather, we ended up having a great 'game day/night' at the table. It was enough for 6 people. The levels of decking was a bonus as was the boat house play room. It was nice having a long dock at we brought two fishing boats along with us. You won't regret renting this...

All amenities were accurate with online property description. Clean, tidy and peaceful! It was great to unplug and unwind here. "We had three middle-aged siblings, their spouses, and mostly young adult children/cousins (17-26, one 13 year old), totaling 11. The house is beautiful, large fully equipped kitchen with many nice-to-haves in addition to the basics like insulated coffee carafe, muffin tin, etc, and a second fridge in the entry way! Beds were comfortable, rooms were a little tight for the number of young adults (they were all in the bunk beds/sofa bed, probably would have been better for three or fewer couples...
