"I just want to say that Christian the front desk manager was very accommodating after I had a mishap with my booking no fault of Royalton. Additionally, Neil and Kenali was great. I cannot stressed how they took time to ensure myself and family was comfortable, nothing seems like a bother and for that I’m so grateful. It’s a beautiful property multiple dinning options too much for the short stay. Lots to do, excellent shopping options. Indeed a great choice for families. "

"The staff is especially caring and friendly. Water sports were available for all levels. The resort is absolutely beautiful. We took the Jammer all day excursion and it was terrific, but good snorkeling is accessible right at the resort. Just be aware that the airport is far away and you will need a taxi. "

"Beautiful friendly hotel. We felt safe secure and very well looked after. Staff were so friendly and always on hand to support your need. We checked into a room in the 3rd floor (sea view) and it had a strong smell of damp and mould. We were moved fairly quickly to a new room which also had a faint smell of damp etc. The smell got worse as the week went on and not sure of it was the air con. Our friends also had a sea view room and they had no smell at all. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Food was lovely - we had something new to eat every day. Cocktails were amazing. 2 pools to choose from. The lower pool was very quiet and being in a group of two couples we had fun and were able to relax even if the other residents were especially quiet. Daily exercise in offer and the gym was stocked well enough. Beautiful grounds around the hotel and they offer a free shuttle to the town and beach. We didn’t goto the beach but town was an experience - the market is huge and everyone so friendly. We would definitely return to this hotel. It was relaxing and just what we needed for a weeks break. "The people in St Lucia are charming. Food was excellent. My room was great, never slept so well. I loved the pool for swimming laps. Take boat ride to mud bath, great experience. I had spa appt which was lovely. The weather was perfect. I would recommend Soco House in St Lucia."

"The individuals that operate this property made my stay exceptional. They reached out to me in advance to ensure I knew where the property was and to confirm my time and date of arrival. When I reached the property, I was greeted and given a tour of the property and its amenities. Additionally I was given a tasty welcome drink. My room was fully stocked with towels, paper towels, toilet paper, soap/body wash, coffee, tea and various other condiments. It was super clean and was cleaned daily by housekeeping. This property is a 5 minute walk to the main road where there is a supermarket, street vendors and then a little further restaurants, mall, bank, fast food etc. It is in a very safe location. The beach is about a 15-20 min walk. I would definitely book this property again. Special thanks to Hannah, Lucius and Laurencia you are all awesome !!"
