"I didn't like that I booked 2 queen size beds and got a room with 2 full size beds. Also the room decor didn't look like the photos rather out date and overly used throw pillows and blankets. Bathroom wasn't what I would expect from a Resort especially Four Seasons Resort. Other than that everyone was friendly and pools and rooftop bar was awesome. "

"Comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. It's not beautiful or elaborate and don't expect it. Very basic. But for the price, it is right. If you want economical and in a good location, it's great. "

"The only issue was no elevators, it’s 2024 and most people don’t travel light to a resort if you plan an extended stay especially. After traveling all day, not one person was ready to make several trips with a lot of luggage and coolers, and I’m not even mentioning how far we had to park, that was expected."

"Room was clean, breakfast area clean & maintained. Our only complaint was the constant foot stomping & running back n forth in the room above 314. Oh and the bouncing of a hard ball on the floor. Finally mid afternoon Saturday we called the front desk to complain. The noise only stopped briefly then started up again within 30 mins to an hr. If we should ever come back we will definitely require a 4th floor room. "

"THERE WERE NO RESTURANTS OR BARS AVAILABLE IN THE HOTEL LIKE THE WEBSITE STATED . THE PLUG INS IN BATHROOM DID NOT WORK COULD NOT USE HAIR DRYER IN THERE JUST NOT A GOOD STAY FOR THE BIG PRICE WE PAID AND WE WERE NOT TOLD THEY WERE RENOVATING THE PROPERTY ALL IN ALL NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE"
