"Great place"

"Our stay at the Fairmont was unplanned. We came to town for a convention and booked two nights elsewhere. We then decided to stay another night and had to find a different hotel. The Fairmont was available and it was a lovely, unexpected surprise! It’s not a new hotel, but has been kept in very good condition. I love the feel of the era gone by that it maintains. I had several interactions with different members of the staff, and they were all extremely friendly and helpful. We agreed that if we come back to Dallas, we would stay there again."

"I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Both my 27-year-old granddaughter and myself (75) loved our room as it was clean, neat and beautifully decorated. The food was great at the restaurants as well as from room service. I would defiantly stay here for our next trip to Dallas,"
