"We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Hot Springs! The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for the kids to play and relax. The hot tub was such a treat on chilly nights, and we made the most of it. The game room was a huge hit—everyone had a blast, and it kept us entertained for hours. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!"

"Quiet and convenient. Close to the mountain bike and hiking trails and downtown. Always my first choice when visiting Hot Springs. "

"We stayed for a weekend for a bachelorette party and had such an amazing stay. It’s the perfect little spot tucked away right on the water and the amenities are amazing! The hot tub, blackstone grill, and private dock were some of our favorite things. Everything was very clean and very welcoming. Will stay here again! "

"What an incredible stay! Plenty of space and many different comfortable gathering areas indoors and out. Tons to do - putting, swimming, hot tubbing, games, etc. Made a couple suggestions (enough forks, better towels, etc) to ensure a large group could be comfortable and keep the place 5 stars, but generally speaking it’s a wonderful vacation house. Would book again! "

"Our family of 5 had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. Our teenage daughter claimed the loft area for herself, while our two younger kids each had their own bedroom. My wife & I had the bedroom downstairs, which was great for peace & quiet. The house is very new & modern, and we loved sitting outside around the fire pit - roasting s’mores and enjoying the nights. Could not have picked a better property!"

"Our stay was amazing!!! The house was exactly like it was advertised...even better!!! The views were amazing.... right in the water on 3 sides!!! Beautiful sunrise in the mornings from the sun porch and beautiful sunsets from the back patio!!! We had the best time!!! We will be returning soon!!!"

"Had a great stay, no complaints about the property or hosts. Just be aware that the coffee shop that is described as next door in the listing is no longer open. We were looking forward to the ultimate convenience, but alas, the coffee shop had relocated down the highway. Still only a five minute walk one way, so not too far. Would stay here again. "

"The location was good for visiting Hot Springs National Park, Oaklawn and Garvan Gardens. It worked well for group of 4 couples. Only negative comment would be that it needed a good deep cleaning, base boards, walls and cabinets needed washing badly"
