"It was perfect for us with the layout for the parents to be close to the kids in the next room and the grandparents didn't hear anyone while sleeping. The kitchen was easy to use--we were ok that there was no dishwasher as drainers were provided. The location was GREAT!! Very quiet neighborhood. The table was a great size for serving meals and eating around without anyone being squished up. There were TVs in all the bedrooms besides the nice living area which was a huge plus! "What an incredible stay! Plenty of space and many different comfortable gathering areas indoors and out. Tons to do - putting, swimming, hot tubbing, games, etc. Made a couple suggestions (enough forks, better towels, etc) to ensure a large group could be comfortable and keep the place 5 stars, but generally speaking it’s a wonderful vacation house. Would book again! "

"The tiny house is clean and cozy. The bathroom is very small. I’m 6’2” 220 and taking a shower was tight but I managed. The bed is extremely soft so think about that if you have back issues. TV, internet and AC worked great. Kitchen is nicely sized for the cabin and fully furnished. The kitchen faucet needs to be tightened, I was in my wife’s car or else I would have done that for the owner. It’s a nice easy place to stay. "Our family of 5 had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. Our teenage daughter claimed the loft area for herself, while our two younger kids each had their own bedroom. My wife & I had the bedroom downstairs, which was great for peace & quiet. The house is very new & modern, and we loved sitting outside around the fire pit - roasting s’mores and enjoying the nights. Could not have picked a better property!"

"Had a great stay, no complaints about the property or hosts. Just be aware that the coffee shop that is described as next door in the listing is no longer open. We were looking forward to the ultimate convenience, but alas, the coffee shop had relocated down the highway. Still only a five minute walk one way, so not too far. Would stay here again. "

"The location was good for visiting Hot Springs National Park, Oaklawn and Garvan Gardens. It worked well for group of 4 couples. Only negative comment would be that it needed a good deep cleaning, base boards, walls and cabinets needed washing badly"
