"the hotel had a great charm to it. I knew when I booked the room it was an older hotel so was not expecting the state of the art rooms. the hotel was built in 1928 but it had a great charm to it and was fun just walking around the hotel. the room did get hot and I turned on the air but no air came out. found out latter it is heated from a broiler so you can go from heat to cold but once i figure that out we just turned everything off and the room was very comfortable even though the temp outside was in the 20s. Great location to the main area in hot springs. easy walking distance to everything we really wanted to do. Would stay here again. "

"The Waters was centrally located, easy to find, no hassle getting checked in, our room was very comfortable and had nice character….revealed brick from original building on one wall. The restaurant attached had the most delicious food! The chef is very talented! Service was great as well! I would stay there every time! "

"Room was great, but gave rating based on overall hotel. Hallways were constantly messy everytime we walked in. It’s like the cleaning staff used the main floor lobby/hall to work out if so things where always in the hall etc. but our room was clean and comfortable. We would stay again. "
