"These cabins are so quaint and comfortable. Why stay in a hotel when you can have a little cabin like this to yourself? Dinner next door at Folding Mountain Brewery is just icing on the cake! We’ll definitely be back but next time for a longer stay! "

"The small cabin I stayed in was the perfect vacation spot. The room was very comfortable, and the facilities were all well-equipped, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The only downside was the wind was a bit too strong; otherwise, we would have spent much more time playing in the yard. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and there’s even a playroom, which is great for families. Just keep in mind that you’ll need to bring your own food. Overall, it was a wonderful place to unwind and the perfect getaway! "

"Things were great in the cabin, which was a free upgrade upon arrival. The door was a little sticky so you had to make sure it was closed but otherwise things were great The most effective form of communication with the reservation desk is definately phone calls emails are not monitored as closely."

"This was a perfect location for us. We had a wedding reception across the street. The bride lives around the corner. Park across the road for 3 yr old to play in. 4 bedrooms for 6 adults and a child. Hinton is only a 20-25 minute drive if you want groceries or dinner. The mountain view is spectacular "

"This place was awesome. We had the cabin for 2 nights and loved it. Denis was a awesome host. Very polite and helping. The cabin was big and comfortable. The views are outstanding. If your planning a weekend in Jasper, consider staying here and drive the 30 minutes. It's a beautiful drive anyways. Don't skip on the breakfast, Denis is an awesome cook. The breakfast alone was worth coming here. The property is very clean and an amazing spot to see the northern lights!"

Even though it's off-grid, the amenities were thoughtfully provided to make the stay comfortable—cozy wood-burning stove, comfortable bedding, and enough solar power to meet basic needs without compromising the natural experience. The simplicity of the setup was actually a huge part of its charm! One of the highlights for us was the peaceful mornings—waking up to the sound of birds, stepping outside to fresh, crisp air, and enjoying coffee. It's the perfect place to disconnect from the busy world and reconnect with nature. The surrounding area is a nature lover's dream—there are trails for hiking, a nearby stream, and plenty of wildlife to spot. The remoteness of the location made it feel like a true escape.
