My husband and I stayed in the chalet for 2 nights while visiting Jasper National Park. The front desk clerk was very friendly and made check in easy. He was even able to squeeze us in for a dinner reservation at the lodge (delicious!). The chalet was extremely clean (always a top requirement of ours), LOVED the decor, and the location was perfect for us. The landscapes are absolutely stunning. There are grocery stores and additional restaurants about 15 minutes away. Wifi was very spotty, however, we only needed it to plan our hikes, etc for the day. Unbeknownst to us, there was a thin layer of ice on the porch by the front door one morning. Being from Central Florida, we don’t know about slippery porch decks! Just wanted to inform others that may not be aware- be careful! We laughed about it because my husband was surprisingly agile and able to save himself before falling down. We had breakfast at The Old Grind in Hinton one morning. I still can’t stop thinking about my parfait. :) Thank you, Tim, for hosting. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.
