"Excellent location for Mayo "

"My wife had extensive oral surgery at St Mary’s, and the surgeon asked that we stay in Rochester a few days until he could follow-up. We chose Aspen Suites, and coukd not have been more pleased. Everything about our room and the hotel itself was top notch. The General Manager was excellent, caring, and attentive to my wife’s needs. I give this facility a 10/10 rating "

"The property was nicely renovated; had a great breakfast selection AND even offered FREE soup and bread around 6pm. Pool and hot tub were open 24 hrs, though pool was being treated. The only negative was the elevator had stalled and needed repair. Also offered shuttle to Mayo though we chose to drive ourselves anyway. All in All a great property"

"I really appreciate the staff at this hotel. Very efficient and knowledgeable and caring. The level of cleanliness is excellent. I could stay anywhere in town and I decide to stay here for three nights. They are doing a good job."
