"I had room 201 and the key cards didn't unlock the room door unless you used a special technique that the front desk staff showed me. The card had to be moved slowly with pressure applied to one side, just enough to bend the card, but not too much. It was finicky, much more than key card door locks at other hotels I've stayed at.
