"The only negative was that other guest’s dog lefy 2 piles of geces in the corridet. Someone tried to remove it but left 2 significant feces smears on the carpet. We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. The smears remained for our entire visit until our last morning when we submitted complaints to reception director again, it was finally cleaned at the time of our departure. "Very good location. Easy to get to the old town of Bern. There is a bus stop near the hotel. It also was very clean and with all the new technology. Was missing a little fridge in the room nor was there a coffee maker. Also didn't provide any kleenexes."
