"This is a house that is right on the Caribbean Sea. The outdoor area is as beautiful as the pictures describe. There is a swimming beach about 300 feet from the back door. The property owner was very responsive. The location is on the West side of the island 2.5 hours from San Juan. 15 minutes from Rincón, 45 minutes from Gozalandia waterfalls; an hour from Parguera. The home is residential area and seemed very safe. We chose to eat at house and grocery store was less than 10 minutes from home....

"Proper was nice, clean and roomy. Contacted the property mgr a couple of times with the first time on Sunday, on the key for the casuta door and was advised that someone would come out and no one did. We contacted again on Wednesday and still no one had showed up like we were told. And we checked out today which is Saturday. "

"First of all, Rusty is the man. Despite some things that could’ve ruined our vacation (a flat tire, similar incidents), outside of Rusty’s control — it was perfection. 4 couples stayed for 4 days. The view from the upper deck can’t be beat, the beach has practically a private section for the house, and the city offered a lot of entertainment. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer host and genuinely considering re-renting next year."

"This condo was very clean. Very nice location. Nice condo & complex. Good security for site. Property management was good to work with. The furnishings were spartan. The family room did not have furniture. The living room had wicker furnishings. The kitchen was minimally supplied. Good stock of spices. All appliances worked well, except blender/juicer. Air conditioning worked great. We had to get used to disposing of used toilet paper in trash vise flushing down toilet. This is becoming common...

"Very nice house, clean and open comunication with owner. Some suggestions are: the pool can be upgraded for stable stairs and safety gate, add towels racks in bathrooms and one more AC console for the living room will be great!"

"This property is absolutely amazing and magical! There’s almost no way to fully describe just how beautiful the property is! The landscaping is beautifully done and provides the renter with tons of fruit trees and a totally tranquil living space. The house was clean and the perfect size for us. The bedrooms were cool but the other parts of the house were a little warm. There’s always a breeze, so we could have opened the windows to let in some fresh air. We spent 99% of our time outdoors anyway....
