"I was attending a conference so I didn't get to check in until later in the evening. So it took a little longer to find the house. I was able to use the code to open the front door as well as the door to my room. I would suggest putting room numbers on the 3 bedroom doors. There was another person from my conference staying there as well. Because there weren't any numbers on the bedroom doors we kept trying his code on all 3 bedrooms and it didn't seem to work. So he had to call for help...

"We stayed here for a dance competition at the RP Funding Center, so the location was perfect! So was the parking. Staff was friendly, check in/out was easy. Breakfast was ok - for the price of the hotel I expected more. It was very busy due to events and the day they served Canadian bacon they brought out 4 pieces at a time. Charming 3-bedroom house in Plant City with WiFi and AC

Better than what we expected

"When we first drove down the street to this home, we were a little anxious about the area, but it was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The pictures of the home do not show how nice the home really is. The living room and kitchen was very roomy! There were basic utensils, etc. in the kitchen but we didn’t cook at the house, because it was a quick weekend trip, so it didn’t really affect us. The back yard was fenced in, so it was nice to sit and have lunch out there, on a warm, sunny Florida afternoon. There was a fireplace, but we didn’t have time to use it, but what a great amenity to have. I only wish it were a little closer to our daughter’s campus. We would definitely rent this home again, because it was so nice. "

Great place and clean!

"Just what we needed! Our age range was 45-80 and all male. We were able to have our own rooms and only have to share a bathroom with one other friend. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The house is a bit quirky in it’s set up at first but easily navigated. Pool, hot tub and backyard well maintained and the fire pit was awesome. Gretchen was very pleasant, easy and accommodating to deal with. I would absolutely recommend this listing for a large group or family gathering. Thank you and look forward to coming back. PS You must check out the treehouse!"

Plant City Stay

"This place was nothing like the listing. It had a horrible smell and was not clean. When we got there we found a bunch of cats laying on the hot tub with the door open for them. We did not use it. The location was great and the atmosphere of the neighborhood was quite nice."
