"I was attending a conference so I didn't get to check in until later in the evening. So it took a little longer to find the house. I was able to use the code to open the front door as well as the door to my room. I would suggest putting room numbers on the 3 bedroom doors. There was another person from my conference staying there as well. Because there weren't any numbers on the bedroom doors we kept trying his code on all 3 bedrooms and it didn't seem to work. So he had to call for help...

"Difficult to enter the property from the west. You need to make a U turn and come back from the east. The hot water took 5-6 minutes to come out warm and still longer before being hot. The curtain for the shower kept moving beyond the shower base and a substantial amount of water ended up on the floor"

"Shower pressure not very good, took a lot of time to wash the soap off when showering. Toilet seat, broken in room 345. The toilet seat was loose and moving around. Raise fan in bathroom delayed start and not efficient. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Liked restaurants and shopping within walking distance. "

"I would not recommend the hotel as a Family stay. This is more of adults only friendly. The staff was nice but unfortunately no one knew any information to assist. Anyone I encountered would say they are New there. But Room was room, spacious and comfortable "

Charming 3-bedroom house in Plant City with WiFi and AC

Better than what we expected

"When we first drove down the street to this home, we were a little anxious about the area, but it was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The pictures of the home do not show how nice the home really is. The living room and kitchen was very roomy! There were basic utensils, etc. in the kitchen but we didn’t cook at the house, because it was a quick weekend trip, so it didn’t really affect us. The back yard was fenced in, so it was nice to sit and have lunch out there, on a warm, sunny Florida afternoon. There was a fireplace, but we didn’t have time to use it, but what a great amenity to have. I only wish it were a little closer to our daughter’s campus. We would definitely rent this home again, because it was so nice. "

"We were on the area for a softball tournament. Check in was very easy, we had good communication with the host. It was very clean. The pool was great, coming back after playing 3 games in one day the pool was the highlight for my husband. It could use a chair or two in the bedrooms for putting on shoes and such. But overall a comfortable place."

Plant City Stay

"This place was nothing like the listing. It had a horrible smell and was not clean. When we got there we found a bunch of cats laying on the hot tub with the door open for them. We did not use it. The location was great and the atmosphere of the neighborhood was quite nice."
