"Very convenient location, especially for less-mobile family members. Hotel had everything you need and their staff were very quick to help your every requirement if you wanted to book activities. Very safe location (you can park your car outside for free between 6pm-9am and it is very safe). Great bar with lots of activity and excellent buffet for breakfast and menu for dinner. Would definitely stay again."

"We celebrated an engagement at the Kāmana Lakehouse and honestly it se the tone for our whole trip. It was so lovely to come home to such a cozy and chic hotel. The fires roaring in the lobby, the views from the restaurant, it all made for a very warm experience. The staff were very friendly! We didn’t get to experience the soaking tubs because they were in high demand, so we suggest booking your soaks ahead of time!"

"Absolutely adored our stay at the Heritage. From signing in to signing out we had a lovely experience. The staff were so kind and helpful and the hotel itself was gorgeous. Our only bit of feedback- and I’m scraping the barrel here- is that it would be nice to have smart TVs and drop the sky as it makes for better watching but with all the entertainment in the area and the stunning scenery there was little time for TV anyway. Car park is a bit of a squeeze for larger cars and there is no direct lift from carpark to rooms on other side of lobby - have to navigate lobby stairs with suitcases. Hillary's was only open for breakfast and tables in bar are not suitable height if you have a plated evening meal. We would have dined in at night if dinner was served in Hillary's "

"The only thing we really didn't like about this property and our stay was the breakfast. It was really expensive ($30 pp if you don't pre-book it, or $20 pp if you pre-book) and it's a buffet, but the eggs and beans were always cold. It didn't matter if we were the first ones there in the morning, still cold. The quality of the food provided in the buffet was not worth the price, and in fact, by the end of our stay, most of us preferred not to eat at all rather than eat that breakfast. ...
