ALL of the staff was just so FREAKING AMAZING that i simply cannot say enough good things about them! They made me feel so incredibly welcome and appreciated during my entire stay!!! I have NEVER in my life experienced such warm and inviting friendliness in a staff along with such satisfyingly helpful customer service! They provided me every luxury and accommodation available and i genuinely recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone staying in Manila Philippines!!! 5 stars!!!

Facilities and staff members were excellent, except for the menu order. It took late to get the messages "the cuisine that you ordered is unavailable" from the restaurant's staff. Some of the staff memebers at the hotel restaurant were so smart that he just remembered my name right away.

전반적으로 좋았어요 단지 아쉬운거는 수영장이 어디있는지 표시가 전혀 없구 식당은 네프킨이 없어서 불편했어요 직원들에 친절함은 너무 좋았어요 방도 생각보다 넓고 깨끗했어요 무엇보다 욕실이 맘에 들었어요 정말 깨끗해요 아쉬운건 층층이 무엇이 있는지 알려주는 표지판 같은게 있으면 좋겠다 생각이 들었어요

What we like most about the property is the availability of parking, the cleanliness and the food. Although the price is a bit higher than the other star 3 hotels we find the place a safe place to leave in

Hôtel sympa, pas trop cher, mais peut faire mieux.
Hôtel sympa et personnel serviable.Drink de bienvenue offert, mais on vous laisse le choix entre un jus, icetea et café. Hum. Le petit déjeuner continental est un peu simpliste, deux sortes de pain à griller et c'est tout. Un peu de confiture, un peu de fromageLà, il existre un gros potentiel d'amélioration. A déplorer aussi le manque de chambre avec des lits double. Se retrouver en couple avec deux lits simples, séparés par une table de nuit, derrière laquelle se trouve les prises et interrupteurs ne permettaient même pas de les juxtaposés. Le restaurant propose une carte variée avec des prix honnêtes, c'est un plus, mais quand une bonne partie de la carte n'est pas disponible, ce n'est pas très bien.
