Facilities and staff members were excellent, except for the menu order. It took late to get the messages "the cuisine that you ordered is unavailable" from the restaurant's staff. Some of the staff memebers at the hotel restaurant were so smart that he just remembered my name right away.

ALL of the staff was just so FREAKING AMAZING that i simply cannot say enough good things about them! They made me feel so incredibly welcome and appreciated during my entire stay!!! I have NEVER in my life experienced such warm and inviting friendliness in a staff along with such satisfyingly helpful customer service! Service needs improvement. Service personnel lacked professional skills in dealing with hotel guests, except perhaps with the front desk which was generally helpful. College Training Hotel: good for price but limited
Typical Philippines service with an apology and a smile. Two important considerations based on the fact that this is a campus training hotel: (1) the area has few amenities, pretty poor neighborhood; and (2) as a training hotel the meals and services are limited. Business center was limited. Free breakfast buffer, but limited choices, and the lunch/dinner menu was limited. 1km walk to anything that looks like a restaurant (there is street food nearby, bars, and small coffeeshops too). 7-11 is near for minor purchases.
