"Beautiful property! Most of the staff was very slow to respond at the bar, eating breakfast, etc... However, Wendy at the main pool bar was excellent. She outworked everyone else 10 to 1. There was a lot of standing around by many staff members at most of the bars causing very slow service. It seems like there's no one in charge of training. The spa was excellent! "Amazing pool area, clean rooms, stellar beach, nice spa & restaurant. It is great you can walk to many different restaurants. I felt this was more to my liking than the all inclusive meal plan you can pay for. There would be 2 issues that I would state. Having a kettle with packages of instant coffee is really below standard in my opinion for the price of the stay. The other issues is the cruise people that show up with a day pass and take up the pool lounge chairs. I personally feel this area...

"We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym. Many food options and yes you need reservations for the restraints at dinner time. -h"
