"Beautiful property! Most of the staff was very slow to respond at the bar, eating breakfast, etc... However, Wendy at the main pool bar was excellent. She outworked everyone else 10 to 1. There was a lot of standing around by many staff members at most of the bars causing very slow service. It seems like there's no one in charge of training. The spa was excellent! There should be a snack bar with simpler, less costly lunch food like burgers. Also, housekeeping forgot to give us new towels and it took two phone calls and 45 minutes for them to be delivered. Very close to achieving an overall excellent rating."

"We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym.
