"Beautiful location and a huge range of activities including sports and exercise classes. Very friendly staff and easy to meet other guests. Food generally good and a range of options, although evening buffets mixed. Rooms are a bit dated, but comfy bed and lovely views. Key downside is that the website is poor and unable to book any restaurants or treatments in advance despite being encouraged to do so."

"This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "

"We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym. Many food options and yes you need reservations for the restraints at dinner time. -h"

"We loved our stay and would definitely return in the future. The staff is amazing, the rooms are spacious with nice views from balcony. The pictures of pool didn't look that impressive so I was surprised to see a great size pool and pool bar. The only negative is that dining tends to be on slower side. But once you have right mindset and know it will be bit longer than home the experience is enjoyable. "
