"A good place to stay for a night when travelling to or from the Maritimes from Ontario. Basic accommodation, very clean. Beds were comfortable, with firm mattresses and crisp linens. "The Hotel Tadoussac is a beautiful historic hotel that takes you back in time when families went to mountain resorts for family time. The lobby and guest area is large with a beautiful fireplace. We saw families playing games together and a puzzle to be worked on at the tables provided. Comfortable couches and chairs to relax and visit in with a beautiful view of the St Lawrence River. "I stay here every time I travel between Halifax and Kingston. It’s right off the highway. The staff are super friendly and the place is so clean you could eat off the floor, although that’s not necessary as there’s a nice little restaurant on the property."

"The hotel ha no elevator. Guests must mavigate steep steps to enter the hotel and reach their rooms. It’s not suitable for someone with heavy luggage or mobility issues."
