"We loved the farmhouse!! Beautifully remodeled. You can't see pictures of the kitchen but it is beautiful...large open concept, large island and room for cooking. The enclosed backyard was perfect for our dogs. We were especially attracted to the 6 foot wooden fence as our dogs are runners and this kept them secured with room to play. Perfect location to be away from busy tourist attractions yet quick drive to anything you need. Loved all the surrounding farms with cows, goats, etc. Highly...

"Property was very clean inside but there were branches on driveway and vines near sitting area that needed cleaned up. Location was excellent and our stay was good. Some noise from upstairs tenants but nothing out of ordinary for a basement perspective. Rental was decorated beautifully and very clean and spacious enough for 6 guests. We would definitely recommend it to anyone! Thank you!"

"Spacious comfortable place! We stayed with six family members and a dog. It was set up with everything we could need. Host was very communicative with being intrusive. It was a wonderful stay. We wished we had booked longer than three nights. It was a pleasant drive to Smoky Mountains and to Knoxville the other way. "

"We loved the location of this property - close to amenities in Townsend and also the GSMNP. The house was extremely clean and had all kinds of household items to make our stay comfortable. And Missy was very sweet to communicate with. We wish the grass had been cut for our 2 little dogs, but Missy explained the extenuating circumstances which I completely understand and appreciate.
