"Our room was next door to the main unit including the Waterpark. So we had to go outside then back inside to reach the swim/Waterpark area, which was inconvenient. But overall, the hotel was nice and staff were helpful. "

"Everything was great. The breakfast was amazing. The biscuits were so soft and good. The staff was very friendly and help. It is an older hotel. The bed was a little hard to My liking, but we would definitely stay here again."

"The property was very nice in overall, the only thing I disslike was the service at the restaurant, the waiter seem to be in a hurry, he even brought us the check without asking if we wanted coffee or dessert. Everything else was great."

"This was an amazing stay in Gatlinburg! We are already looking forward to our next stay here. The room was excellent! Perfectly clean and up to-date. The bathroom was huge as well as the shower itself. We had no problem sleeping in the very comfortable bed. Everything you need is right on the property or a very short walk. This is a great place to stay conveniently located at the beginning of the Gatlinburg strip near the aquarium. "

"The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and it was walkable to the Gay Street and Old City areas which is what we wanted as we were celebrating a birthday. Our biggest hiccup was involving parking. You have to park, go into the building and enter the room and find a garage remote (it wasn’t located where our instructions told us so we panicked for a minute), then go back and get your car and then you can enter the garage. "Spent our thanksgiving once again in Tennessee. Loved our rental - cute and cozy. We didn’t spend a ton of time there ( mostly to sleep) as I had a whole bunch of things booked - but communication was easy home was clean and comfortable. Would definitely rent again.
