"We liked our stay, communication was amazing from the confirmation phone call to checking in and out, very prompt and hassle free. Not for people who want a quiet location to stay in, as it is apartments where people live and are just living their lives, which we didn't mind at all, we loved seeing all the city hustle and bustle and enjoyed watching all the people getting around the city/area. "Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "
