"Family from three states met up after a family wedding for some family time visiting the DC area. Perfect location for walking to eat, visit the Zoo and getting on bus metro and even metro stations.we never moved out cars once parking!"

"We enjoyed the apartment, it was our escape from the hustle bustle outside. D.C is huge and way too much to see, so once we could fight traffic to get back to house it was great. "Place was nice and clean except one of the upstairs bathrooms swelled of urine. The coffee was stale and the choices were terrible. Thanks for the ice though. The towels were adequate but not enough wash rags. Beds were comfortable but my brother needed a flatter pillow.also, it would be nice to have a full length mirror somewhere in the house "

"The house is very spacious, and good for groups and families. The basement offers a nice separate living space that includes its own kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The location is convenient for exploring the area, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for an Uber. Communication with the owner is very good. Would recommend this property."

"Arrived late at night. Had been given the wrong door code.There was no hostess on site ever. Found a neighbor with building owners phone number, so I was able to get inside. Had been promised Wi/Fi, never given a pass word even though I asked for one on the site. No broom or dustpan to help keep place clean. Never found a store with end walking distance. Over all I was not happy with my stay. "

"The house was in a great neighborhood, especially since we were traveling with my our grandchildren. It was clean and the check-in process was simple. It's close to D.C. and all the sights. Our host, Miloud, was very gracious given our grandchildren are two and under and were up early. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Amazing host with great communication, great property with perfect little touches, and possibly the best location you could ask for. Literally steps to the King Street metro, and with the free King Street trolly, you are just minutes the water and some of the best restaurants in the area. It doesn't matter if you are visiting northern Virginia or Washington D.C., don't hesitate to stay here for the perfect place to rest when your day is done. "

"Stayed here for 2 nights while seeing the sights in DC. Place was very clean and spacious. The balcony off master bedroom was huge and another small balcony off kitchen. The location was very convenient to jump in an Uber to go in city to see the sights. Would definitely stay here again while in DC. "

"This home turned out to be just perfect for me and my 2 girlfriends. Nice and comfortable! Great location to all the places we needed to go to! Quiet street and neighborhood. Easy check-in and check-out! And, we loved hanging out on the back patio around the firepit."
