"We had a fantastic stay here! The staff Alex and the team, were super friendly and had even planned daily group activities. We ordered the dinner set and it was incredible! We were able to get a ride to and from the train station, which was greatly appreciated. "Everything was poor. For Japanese standar I felt like staff was tired or not happy doing their job. Checking time was 4 P.M. while in other hotels was 3 P.M. I arrived at 3:10 and they did not let me in. A lady was going to give the key but a young man told her that was not the time for checking in. I saw other people registering before 4 and letting them in, so I felt disappointed. The room was very small."
