The floor in the ad was ceramic but in reality it was cement, there was a TV on the poster but not in reality. He had a camping-style shower installed for us for hot water, it worked for 2 weeks. The pool was in a very very ordinary state, greenish water and full of algae at the bottom. After 5 weeks they emptied the pool and refilled it with new...

"Only thing I would ask is for some shampoo/soap to be in the shower. If not provided maybe let the renter know it wont be there. "

We felt safe at the location (it is gated with security guards), good parking facilities, and there were a number of fun surprises! We liked the macaws and the peacocks about. "I rented this sweet studio to get some peace and quiet and privacy while visiting and hanging with a large group of family also renting nearby and it was just perfect! Beautifully appointed, well thought out, super clean, and excellent location right on the Panga Drops break. Highly recommend!"
