"I arrived at about 3 pm. The hotel was with closed and locked gates. I was sure that it was closed as I didn’t see anyone inside. About 45 minutes later the reception person arrived from home. Apparently, his shift starts at 4 pm. I asked to be upgraded from a very old building to a new one. I had to pay extra for the upgrade. I got a room in the new building which was great. "The hotel is so beautifully decorated, walkable from the train station and to the city center. The staff are so kind and helpful, attentive to details, they speak great English. Breakfast area is nice and it's basic but delicious. I did not get the chance to see the tooftop but it seems nice. One thing i did not like is the bathroom, it is for the disabled and the sink is too low for me, also after opening the balcony door for fresh air we had insects coming in the room, but we could sleep normally after all. "
